 
        
        Seeking a dynamic professional to lead our bridge engineering team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, business development, and technical expertise.
 * Leadership: Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and improve team performance.
 * Business Development: Identify and pursue new opportunities for professional services contracts.
 * Resource Planning: Ensure effective allocation of resources to meet project deadlines and deliver quality results.
 * Design Oversight: Provide expert advice on structural aspects of projects and ensure compliance with industry standards.
 * Project Management: Oversee medium to large-sized projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
 * Stakeholder Communication: Effectively engage with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, to build strong relationships and facilitate collaboration.
Requirements:
 * Bachelor's degree or higher in Civil Engineering or related field.
 * A minimum of 10 years' experience as a Senior Bridge Engineer, with at least 5 years in Ireland/UK.
 * Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
 * Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
 * Extensive knowledge of Eurocodes and structural analysis software (MIDAS Civil or LUSAS).
 * Ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams and adapt to changing priorities.
 * Ireland and/or UK experience preferred.
