Responsibilities for Senior Engineer Lead the on-site Health and Safety agenda, ensuring all operations meet regulatory and internal standards. Actively review design drawings, manage RFIs, and maintain close collaboration with the design team to resolve issues promptly. Oversee subcontractor coordination, testing and commissioning timelines, and drive timely project delivery. Maintain rigorous quality control procedures, champion internal QA systems, and ensure compliance with all statutory regulations. Implement and monitor DMS systems and BCAR compliance, managing benchmarks and inspection processes. Manage stakeholder relationships including utility providers and local authorities. Drive value engineering initiatives and support the PM in early stakeholder engagement. Provide leadership and mentorship to the site engineering team, managing performance and development. Coordinate site meetings, oversee temporary works, and ensure seamless integration of subcontractor work packages. Requirements for Senior Engineer Degree-qualified in Engineering (HETAC Level 8) with a minimum of 5 years' relevant experience. Proven ability to meet demanding programme and quality standards. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented, methodical, and self-motivated with strong initiative. Comfortable managing multiple workstreams and assuming responsibility for key tasks. Leadership experience with the ability to mentor and guide junior team members.
