Job: Customer Service Representative
Reporting To: Customer Service Team Manager
Responsibilities: Complete all tasks efficiently and to a high standard to ensure the Customer Service Function runs smoothly.

Key Tasks and Duties:
* Work within the ethos and standards of the company.
* Handle inbound calls and emails into the Customer Service Department with professionalism.
* Manage all Order Fulfillment processes for all markets served.
* Perform final checks when creating customer orders & invoices.
* Manage Proof of Deliveries & customer returns and complaints.
* Provide administrative support to the Customer Service Department.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high standards of service.
* Complete training in all aspects of the Customer Service Department.
* Maintain up-to-date training to support other functions.
* Participate in 1:1 development and team meetings.
* Produce daily and end-of-month reports as required.
* Question and resolve anomalies; suggest process improvements.
* Train on applicable company software.
* Maintain efficient office administration procedures.
* Undertake additional tasks as requested by management.
* Flexible working hours required to meet company needs.
