Multimedia Designer (Graphic Design, Video Animation & 3D Design)

We are seeking a talented and versatile Multimedia Designer with a strong background in video animation, graphic design, and 3D design to join our creative team. You will be responsible for crafting engaging visual content that brings our brand, products, and community experiences to life across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities
* Video & Motion Graphics: Create compelling animated videos, trailers, promotional, explainer videos, and motion graphics for product launches, events, and community engagement. Design animations that align with our brand voice and Web3 aesthetic
* Graphic Design: Develop marketing assets including banners, infographics, social media visuals, events collaterals, presentations, and branding materials. Utilize generative AI tools to accelerate ideation, develop concepts, and refine deliverables
* 3D Design: Develop 3D assets such as animations, graphic design assets and reusable templates for use in marketing material
* Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to design visual content. Stay current with trends in Web3, digital art, and multimedia to drive innovation in design. Identify opportunities to integrate new tools, including AI and advanced 3D software, into design workflows
Requirements
* 5+ years of experience in graphic design, video animation, Generative AI and 3D design
* Proficiency in industry-standard tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, AI generative tools, and 3D tools
* Strong understanding of visual storytelling, typography, layout, and color theory
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Solid portfolio showcasing your animation, graphic, and 3D design work
* Familiarity with blockchain technology, NFTs, and the Web3 ecosystem (or a strong willingness to learn)
