Job Title: Operations Supervisor
The primary objective of the role is to oversee the day-to-day operations within a hospitality environment. This position involves managing and coordinating activities across various departments, including food and beverage, front of house, and guest services.
Responsibilities:
* Ensure the smooth execution of daily operations, maintaining high standards of service at all times.
* Supervise and support staff members across bar, restaurant, and front of house areas.
* Assume responsibility for shift management, encompassing opening and closing procedures.
* Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries and resolve complaints in a timely manner.
* Maintain adherence to company policies, health and safety protocols, and service standards.
* Act as the senior point of contact during shifts, facilitating communication with management as required.
Requirements:
* Prior experience in a supervisory or operational management capacity within the hospitality sector (hotel or restaurant background preferred).
* Strong leadership and organizational skills, coupled with a hands-on approach.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

* Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
* Geographic flexibility, with the option to relocate within Co. Cork or beyond.
