Estimators – (CSA and/or M&E) Data Centre Projects
Our client is a leading provider of construction and engineering services, delivering complex data centre projects across Europe and they're looking to expand their Estimating Department. They specialise in hyperscale, colocation, and cloud-computing facilities, using both traditional and modular construction techniques.
Responsibilities
Prepare and support cost estimates for large-scale construction projects.
Review project plans and specifications, coordinating with internal teams to confirm scope.
Contribute to the development of estimating databases and benchmarking tools; liaise with corporate stakeholders to collect relevant data.
Participate actively in project and team meetings.
Review and assess subcontractor and vendor bid packages.
Complete pricing for labour, materials, equipment, and subcontractor works.
Coordinate proposal and construction schedules in collaboration with the planning/scheduling department.
Assist in the preparation of written execution plans and technical clarifications.
Support the proposal process by compiling all required bid submittal information.
Provide assistance to project teams during project setup and preparation.
Requirements
Degree or equivalent further education in a relevant discipline.
Minimum of 5 years' experience in M&E or CSA estimating
Data centre experience preferred but not essential
