Accenture UK & Dublin is expanding our Trust & Safety team in Dublin, and we’re looking for an Azerbaijani‑speaking Content Moderator to help keep the internet safe while supporting one of the world’s leading social media platforms.
About the Role
As a Trust & Safety Associate, you’ll review and moderate user‑generated content (profiles, videos, audio, and text), investigate and resolve flagged issues, and play a key role in protecting online communities. This work is meaningful and impactful, but it may involve exposure to sensitive or challenging material.

What You’ll Do
* Review, classify, and remove content in line with client policies.
* Investigate and resolve complex content issues with accuracy and fairness.
* Advocate for safe, positive user experiences across online communities.
* Stay up to date with evolving policies, guidelines, and platform standards.
* Contribute to process improvements to boost quality and efficiency.
What We’re Looking For
* Native or fluent Azerbaijani language skills + strong English communication.
* High resilience, emotional coping skills, and attention to detail.
* Critical thinking and decision‑making skills in sensitive situations.
* Cultural awareness of Azerbaijani/EU political and social dynamics.
* Ability to work in a 24/7 shift environment (including weekends/holidays).
* Prior content moderation or customer service experience is a plus.
