Key Responsibilities:
* Develop new business through sales, adjustments, and renewals of insurance contracts.
* Ensure excellent service and retention of existing business while acquiring new clients and driving overall business growth.
* Deliver on agreed targets for new business and retention by utilizing effective selling and retention skills.
* Execute policy amendments efficiently, ensuring all aspects of service meet customer expectations.
* Optimize opportunities for cross-selling to generate referrals and maximize business growth potential within other channels or business units.
* Handle a high volume of calls efficiently, achieving call answering objectives for both customers and the organization.
* Leverage knowledge of insurance market principles and practices to provide high levels of customer care and service, offering professional quality advice.

Participate in additional duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
* Hold APA qualification and be working towards CIP certification.
* Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial insurance product lines and sales.
* Prior experience in bringing in new business and maintaining existing business.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with flexibility to work collaboratively with other team members.
* Awareness of insurance market principles and practices.
