Customer Service Specialist

This role offers a unique opportunity to join our Benelux team as a customer service specialist. The position is responsible for managing all orders and queries from customers in the region.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a professional telephone manner, and the ability to work effectively within a multi-cultural team towards strict deadlines.
Responsibilities include:
* Managing all orders and queries from customers in the Benelux region
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to maximise sales growth
* Ensuring prompt and accurate processing of customer orders
* Handling customer complaints and resolving issues satisfactorily
* Maintaining regular contact with the warehouse and purchasing departments to coordinate deliveries and returns
The successful candidate will have:
* Fluency in Dutch required
* Fluency in French desirable
* Education to Leaving Certificate level or similar
* A number of years' experience in a fast-moving customer service environment, preferably within a multinational environment
