Elusav Recruitment have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Financial Analyst with a leading Global Biopharmaceutical in Dublin. The Senior Financial Analyst will be a key member of a cross-functional, multi-national team supporting the company's Enzyme Therapies Business Unit, with an emphasis on the Commercial organisation. Responsibilities: Budget and Forecast Process: Manage the annual budget, forecasting and long-range planning processes, including the development of templates, timelines, and communications; consolidation of business inputs and detailed analysis of the combined budget. Stakeholder Management: Finance business partner to cost centres/budget owners, supporting key investment decisions and spend analysis; prepare and present (as necessary) management updates for Executive team. Key Reports and Financial Packages: Prepare and present comprehensive financial packages for senior management, highlighting key insights and trends. Monthly Financial Reporting: Preparation of monthly financial reports, including variance analysis to assess performance against budget. Process Improvement: Drive ongoing process improvement and automation projects within the finance team to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Cross Functional Liaison on P&Lwith Technical Operations (TOPS) and Worldwide R&D (WWRD) on Op Ex Ad Hoc Reporting and Analysis: Conduct detailed analyses and provide insights to support strategic decision-making. Requirements: Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; supported by a professional accountancy qualification (e.g. ACA, ACCA, CFA), ideally. Minimum 2 years' PQE, preferably in Pharmaceutical/Medtech/Biotech Experience: Proven experience in financial analysis, reporting, and budgeting, preferably in a corporate/commercial finance environment.
