BROTHERS OF CHARITY SERVICES IRELAND LIMERICK REGION seeks a reliable and skilled professional to fill the role of Caretaker.
Key Responsibilities:
1. To maintain the upkeep, repair, and general maintenance of property grounds.
2. Undertake tasks related to gardening such as pruning, weeding, mowing lawns etc.
3. Manage electrical systems ensuring all equipment operates efficiently and safely.
4. Possess knowledge in plumbing including fixing leaks or dealing with other issues affecting water supply.
5. Demonstrate competence in basic carpentry tasks for repairs or small renovations.
