We are looking for a hands-on Workshop Assistant to join our team and support our production process.Role OverviewAs a Workshop Operative, you will be responsible for assisting in the production of signage, ensuring quality control, organizing stock, booking deliveries, and occasionally interacting with customers. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with good organizational skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesProduction Support: Operate machinery and tools to assist in the creation of signage products.Quality Control: Inspect finished products to ensure they meet company standards.Stock Management: Keep track of materials, restock supplies, and maintain an organized workspace.Order Processing: Prepare and pack orders accurately for dispatch.Logistics & Deliveries: Book shipments and coordinate with couriers to ensure timely deliveries.Customer Interaction: Handle occasional customer inquiries, providing updates on orders and assisting with basic requests.General Workshop Duties: Maintain a clean and safe working environment and follow all health and safety procedures.RequirementsPrevious experience in a workshop, manufacturing, or production environment.Good attention to detail and quality control.Basic computer skills for processing orders and managing stock.Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.Comfortable working with tools and production equipment (training provided).Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.What We OfferCompetitive salary based on experience.Full training and support to develop skills.A friendly and dynamic work environment.Job Type: Full-timePay: From €28,000.00 per yearExperience:sign & print/design/manufacturing: 1 year (required)Work authorisation:Ireland (required)Work Location: In person
