What Youll Do Plan and Manage Marketing Create a simple marketing plan that supports the companys goals Manage the marketing budget and use resources wisely Work with outside suppliers when needed Lead the Marketing Team Guide and support a small team Make sure everyone knows what theyre doing and is working well together Help the team grow and develop Look After the Brand Make sure the company brand looks and sounds the same everywhere Check that all marketing materials match the brand Work with other departments to keep messages clear and consistent Run Campaigns and Create Content Plan and manage marketing campaigns Write and review content like emails, social posts, and website updates Turn complex ideas into clear, simple messages Manage Digital Marketing Oversee emails, social media, and the website Keep online content fresh and interesting Use tools to improve search rankings and website traffic Organise Events and Internal Marketing Plan company events that reflect the brand Help communicate the companys culture and values to staff Support teamwork across departments through internal campaigns Use Data and Research Track how well campaigns and the website are doing Use this information to improve future work Keep an eye on what competitors are doing What Were Looking For Someone who can lead a team and manage projects Good at writing, planning, and working with others Comfortable using digital tools and looking at data A clear communicator who keeps things simple and on-brand Skills: Marketing Marketing Management Brand Management
