As a small, close-knit team, we place huge value on personality, initiative and a strong work ethic.We are recruiting an Sales & Customer Service Executive for a sales-focused role who is motivated, organised and interested in education and early years learning.The RoleYou will be responsible for generating and supporting sales while also providing excellent customer service.Day-to-day responsibilities include:Generating sales with government bodies, crèches and primary schoolsFollowing up on enquiries, quotations and existing customer accountsAnswering incoming phone calls and emails, dealing with general queries professionally and efficientlyBuilding strong relationships with customers and understanding their classroom and early learning needsLearning about our product range and education sector requirements.Working closely with the wider team to support daily operations and customer satisfactionAbout YouBe able to work on your own initiative while also contributing positively to a small teamBe hardworking, reliable and willing to learnHave a friendly, confident manner and strong communication skillsBe organised and comfortable juggling sales tasks with customer supportHave an interest in education, early years learning and school environmentsBe comfortable answering phones and responding to emails as part of your roleHave experience using CRM and warehouse management systems.Sales or education sector experience is an advantage, but not essential — attitude and willingness to learn are key.Why Join ABC School Supplies?Work in a supportive, small-team environment where your contribution mattersGain experience in the education and early years sectorA role with real variety and responsibilityOpportunity to grow with a developing Irish companyType: Full Time Hours.
