We are currently seeking an experienced, motivated, and dynamic Clinical Nurse Manager 2(Full time & Part time) for 3 different wards to lead our dedicated team for our on of the biggest clients in Dublin. Requirements: Registration on the General Division of the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI) (essential) Minimum of 5 years' post-registration experience in an acute hospital setting (essential) Recognised qualification and/or relevant experience within the specialty (desirable) At least 1 year's experience in a management or leadership role (desirable) Completion of a recognised management training programme (desirable) Demonstrated clinical expertise and professional competence Strong IT skills with proficiency in relevant systems and applications Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and use initiative Strong communication skills with the ability to engage positively with patients, families, and staff Highly motivated, enthusiastic, and adaptable Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment Evidence of ongoing commitment to professional development Ability to work effectively with staff at all levels within the organisation To know more contact Sonal Tikariha
