Job Title: Content Review Specialist
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for investigating and resolving reported issues on social media platforms.
You will work closely with clients to enforce their community standards and monitor reports of abuse.
* Investigate and resolve reported issues via ticketing system
* Enforce client Terms of Use by monitoring reports of abuse
* Stay up-to-date on client products and services
* Analyse data to improve user experience
* Identify inefficiencies in workflows and suggest solutions
