Job Description
As a Part-time Van Driver/Stores Person, you will be responsible for delivering products to customers in a timely and accurate manner, while maintaining high standards of service and reliability.
You will proactively communicate with customers regarding order status, delivery schedules, and any changes or delays. You will monitor and manage customer orders and deliveries, ensuring accuracy and efficiency throughout the process.
You will receive and unload deliveries, placing stock in designated physical locations and accurately recording inventory on our ERP system.
You will report damaged or faulty stock promptly, and coordinate returns to our Central Warehouse in line with company procedures.
Additionally, you will maintain a clean and safe stores environment, ensuring walkways are clear of hazards and stock is stored correctly.
Supporting sales activities, you will respond to customer enquiries via phone or in person at the counter as needed.
Key Responsibilities:

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will require:
* A Full, Clean Valid Driving License (B License required)
* Previous experience in stores area or warehouse operations
* Previous driving experience, including operating a box body type van
* Basic level of computer literacy
* Manual Handling Certificate
* Current Safe Pass
