We have a part-time opportunity for an accounts and office administrator to join our team working20 hours per week. You will be based in our office in Pouladuff, Cork.The successful candidate will undertake several aspects of the accounts and office administration duties.You will need have strong organisational skills with an eye for attention to detail being critical. Have a flexible and positive attitude towards work. Previous experience working in accounts or similar role is recommended. A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office is required.Key ResponsibilitiesReporting directly to the Financial ControllerExposed to all financial areas within the businessRequired to perform Ad Hoc Excel Financial projects.Performing general office and admin duties.Dealing with both Internal & External queries.Processing Accounts Payable invoicesRaising sales invoices on a regular basis and email out promptly to customersSending out customer statements and dealing promptly with any queries.Performing Bank Reconciliations.This position has an immediate start.BenefitsParking Flexitime
