tist to lead API process development in a fast-paced CDMO environment. This role focuses on designing, optimizing, and scaling chemical processes for APIs and intermediates from clinical through commercial stages, while mentoring scientists and collaborating closely with clients and cross-functional te
ams.

* ure).Partner with clients and internal teams to define strategies, timelines, and delivera
* bles.Implement innovative technologies (flow chemistry, PAT, automation, crystallisation, green chemis
* try).Troubleshoot process issues and perform risk assessments for scale-up and sa
* fety.Apply DoE and data-driven approaches to optimize critical parame
* ters.Drive successful technology transfer into manufactu
* ring.Prepare technical documentation and support regulatory submiss
* ions.Mentor scientists and promote a culture of continuous improve
ment.
