We are seeking a dynamic Sales Support Professional to join our team. As a key member of our Sales Support Desk, you will play a vital role in driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supporting field-based Client Directors by building strong relationships with existing customers and identifying opportunities for upselling additional ICT Solutions, Products & Managed Services
* Preparing and issuing quotes to clients in a timely and professional manner
* Liaising with clients to educate them on PFH's suitable products, services and solutions that meet their needs
* Visiting clients as required to build trust and rapport
* Maintaining attention to detail when processing orders accurately and efficiently on the Business Central system
* Owning all orders from receipt to delivery and ensuring clients are informed of delivery timelines
Requirements:
* A minimum of 2 years' experience working in a similar environment is essential
* A confident, clear and articulate phone manner with excellent written skills is required
* The ability to work motivatedly to achieve KPIs, metrics and targets is crucial
* Working effectively under pressure and to tight deadlines is necessary
* Exceeding client expectations by delivering a high-quality service and escalating any issues promptly is key
