Oradeo Recruitment is currently recruiting for experienced Site Engineers to join one of Ireland and the UK's top-tier contractors. This is a great opportunity to work on major building and infrastructure projects while growing your career in a structured and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Set out the works and ensure that all technical drawings and information are understood and followed
- Coordinate with subcontractors and site teams to ensure works are completed to a high standard
- Carry out quality inspections and prepare technical reports
- Monitor and track progress on site and report to senior engineers/project management
- Assist with site safety, ensuring compliance with health and safety procedures
- Liaise with the design team and client representatives to resolve technical issues
- Support in preparing method statements, risk assessments, and quality documentation
Requirements
- Degree qualified in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- 2–5+ years of experience in a similar engineering role on construction or civil projects
- Strong setting out and surveying experience using total stations and GPS equipment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and quality standards
- Willingness to work on large-scale projects across Dublin, Cork, or the UK
- Right to work in the EU or UK
