Responsibilities include:
* Directing and supervising the nursing staff to maintain high professional standards
* Ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality care during surgical procedures
* Coordinating, assessing, planning, implementing, and reviewing patient care according to established guidelines
Requirements:
* Registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland [NMBI]
* Three years post-registration experience in an acute hospital setting, within the last five years
* At least one year of experience in the specialty or related area
Preferred qualifications include experience with electronic health records, preceptorship experience, postgraduate courses, or relevant educational qualifications.
