Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and oversee a talent acquisition strategy that manages effective recruitment, leveraging best practices and aligning with our Employer of Choice vision.
* Ensure timely execution of the Performance Management Programme, incorporating regular assessments and evaluations.
* Promote an Annual Training Plan, tailored to support organizational growth and development.
Requirements:
* Certified membership in CIPD or equivalent professional associations.
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resource Management, Education, or related fields.
* Minimum 10 years of experience in HR roles, with at least 3 years at senior leadership level.
* Significant knowledge and experience in organizational development, employee engagement, recognition, change management, cultural building, ROI analysis, communication, learning and leadership development.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills required.
* Prior experience in hospitality, leisure, or retail sectors is advantageous.
