Were partnering with a leading FMCG manufacturing business to recruit an experienced Warehouse Manager for their busy production site in Co. Longford. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong operational leader to take ownership of warehouse activities within a fast-paced manufacturing environment, ensuring the efficient dispatch of products, stock accuracy, compliance, and team performance across the site. Key Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day operations of a busy warehouse environment Ensure all stock movements are completed accurately and in real time using the company ERP/MRP system Monitor warehouse layout, stock integrity, and operational performance to maximise efficiency Ensure customer orders are fulfilled on time and in full Maintain high standards across quality, compliance, and warehouse procedures Coordinate daily delivery and collection schedules to meet customer requirements Oversee forklift fleet requirements and ensure equipment is maintained to required standards Ensure compliance with all transport, import/export, and site security requirements Support food defence and risk management procedures across the site Monitor external warehouse areas including trailer parking, pallet storage, and yard management Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement operational efficiencies Lead, motivate, and support warehouse supervisors and operational teams Ensure all Health & Safety standards are consistently maintained across the department Requirements Minimum 5 years experience in a Warehouse Management role Strong background within FMCG, food manufacturing, logistics, or a fast-paced warehouse environment Experience managing goods-in, goods-out, dispatch, and inventory control operations Good working knowledge of ERP/MRP/WMS systems and Microsoft Excel Experience managing stock counts and maintaining stock accuracy Strong leadership and people management skills Ability to work collaboratively across operations, supply chain, and production teams Strong organisational, problem-solving, and communication skills Comfortable working in a fast-moving operational environment with a focus on continuous improvement Whats on Offer Opportunity to join a growing and well-established manufacturing business Key operational leadership position with real impact on site performance Supportive team environment Competitive salary and benefits package Skills: Warehouse Team Management Warehouse operations Logistical Operations Distribution logistics Warehouse Management Systems KPI management
