Helpdesk Support Engineer – Get Certified in AWS and Cybersecurity!
Responsibilities
* Hands-on exposure to systems monitoring, cybersecurity practices, and cloud services.
* Central role in day-to-day IT operations, providing support, and addressing technical challenges.
* High level of professionalism and customer service orientation in all interactions.
* Contribute to solving problems, enhancing IT processes utilising industry-leading tools.
Skills / Experience
* Knowledge of Windows environments, Microsoft 365, and network monitoring tools.
* 1 year of experience in an IT Helpdesk or similar technical support environment.
Salary / Remuneration
€35,000 - €45,000 + Annual Bonus, Pension, and Healthcare.
Benefits
Hybrid work model: on-site 4 days a week and 1 day remote. Opportunities to progress toward AWS, CompTIA Security+, and Microsoft certifications.
