Fixed Income Operations Manager

We seek an experienced Fixed Income Operations Manager to join our Global Portfolio Administration team in Letterkenny, Ireland. As a key member of this team, you will collaborate closely with colleagues worldwide to support our Fixed Income investment teams. Your primary responsibility will be to proactively identify and mitigate potential risks that could negatively impact portfolio performance.
Key responsibilities include reviewing reconciliations between internal record-keeping systems and custodians for each fund, assisting with research and resolving discrepancies, and communicating issues to relevant stakeholders. You will also assume ownership for operational issues raised and provide resolutions that consider the broader impact on other operational areas.
The ideal candidate has a degree in Accountancy/Finance/Economics/Business or relevant work experience. Previous supervisory or managerial experience is essential, along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, expertise in Excel, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
