Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Contracts Manager to join our team and play a key role in the success of our commercial and industrial projects.
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and monitoring construction drawings, specifications and work requirements, working closely with the design team to plan works for new projects and creating programmes for new projects. They will also be responsible for managing projects through all aspects of construction from tender submission to handover, reporting to and supporting the Director, and directing and managing personnel, site staff and subcontractors.
This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong organisational and communication skills, as well as the ability to effectively manage site programme and associated schedules to required deadlines. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Construction Management or a similar field, and a minimum of 5 years' experience as a Contracts Manager/ Project Manager.
About the Role:

* Direct and manage personnel, site staff and subcontractors
Requirements:
* Degree in Construction Management or a similar field
* Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Contracts Manager/ Project Manager
* Proven experience of managing external packages / façade contracts from tender stages through to handover to client
* Experience with Roofing, Cladding, Rainscreens and Architectural Facades is preferred
* Ability to effectively manage site programme and associated schedules to required deadlines
* Experience managing multiple subcontractors and projects at a time
* Ability to work closely with the design team to ensure a smooth delivery of a high standard project
* Thorough knowledge of computer and database applications such as Microsoft Office and Project/PowerPoint with Excellent IT skills and good digital and visual presentational skills
