Job Description
A dedicated Occupational Therapist is sought to join a close-knit team in East Galway, providing high-quality person-centred services.
The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting comprehensive assessments, developing tailored treatment plans and implementing interventions for service users.
A caseload will be managed, working collaboratively with patients, families and the wider healthcare team.
The role requires strong clinical skills and the ability to work independently as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to deliver holistic care and rehabilitation services is essential.
Maintaining accurate records and documentation in line with professional standards is also required.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* CORU Registration or eligibility for registration is mandatory.
* A recognised Occupational Therapy qualification is required, including applicants graduating in 2025.
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team is essential.
* Experience working in a community or domiciliary setting is advantageous.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills are necessary.
