Job Description:
Oversight and management of groundworks projects in North Dublin is a critical role within our organisation. Your technical expertise and leadership skills will play a pivotal part in ensuring the success of these ventures.
Main Responsibilities:
* Supervise groundworks crews & subcontractors, maintaining site safety, quality, and productivity
* Oversight of foundations, drainage, utilities, roads/footpaths, earthworks, and concrete works, adhering to Irish regulations and standards
* Manage enabling works and general site preparation, including project planning and reporting
* Ensure effective communication, team collaboration, and strong leadership qualities
Requirements:
* Significant experience as a Groundworks Foreman in Ireland (essential)
* Track record on Irish residential or civils projects, with knowledge of local regulations and standards
* Possession of Safe Pass & Manual Handling tickets, an advantage for this position
* Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for success in this role
