KRC is the lead agency delivering the WorkAbility Programme (2024–2028) in South Tipperary.We are now seeking a Job Coach / Employment Support Officer to support young people with disabilities to develop the confidence, skills and independence needed to progress into education, training and employment.About the RoleThis is a frontline, person-centred role working with young people aged 16+ with physical, sensory and intellectual disabilities.The Job Coach / Employment Support Officer will provide individualised employment supports including job-seeking skills, pre-employment preparation, employer engagement, work placement support and ongoing mentoring.
