Job Description:

The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of the HR department. This includes workforce planning, employee relations, and performance management.

* Main Responsibilities:
* Manage key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive business results
* Collaborate with leadership on complex issues and provide guidance
* Develop and implement succession plans to meet business needs
* Provide accurate HR advice and support to employees and management

This role requires a strong understanding of Irish employment legislation and policies.


Requirements:

* Necessary Qualifications:
* Relevant degree or master's in HR or a related field
* CIPD qualification advantageous
* Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a senior HR role
* Excellent knowledge of Irish employment legislation


Key Skills:

* Must-Haves:
* Practical knowledge of Irish employment legislation and policies
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to manage multiple assignments in a dynamic environment
* Irish hospitality industry experience within a 4* or 5* property essential
