Job Description:
The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of the HR department. This includes workforce planning, employee relations, and performance management.

* Develop and implement succession plans to meet business needs
* Provide accurate HR advice and support to employees and management

Requirements:

* Relevant degree or master's in HR or a related field
* CIPD qualification advantageous
* Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a senior HR role
* Excellent knowledge of Irish employment legislation
