What is the Job As a Content Analyst, you will be responsible for analysing and flagging content on the platform of a big tech company.
Day-to-day responsibilities Investigate and resolve issues via ticketing system.
Understand and remain up-to-date with client policies and guidelines; resolve inquires according to defined policies and procedures Review content online, sensitive/graphic nature.
