The museum assistant/receptionist role in the museum would be responsible for all customer service and front office administration tasks in the Shackleton Experience. The role involves being the first point of contact for visitors, providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a welcoming and informative experience for all visitors. This role requires strong communication skills, a helpful attitude, and the ability to manage a range of administrative tasks effectively.
Duties
Customer service: greet visitors, provide information, respond to queries.
Administrative duties: manage bookings, maintain accurate records, handle cash.
Assist in promoting events, offers, or activities through effective communication with visitors.
Requirements
Garda vetting is a requirement for this position.
