Logistics Administrator / Driver Coordinator
This role presents an opportunity to work within a well-established logistics operation, overseeing daily transport schedules and driver assignments. You will serve as a key point of contact for drivers, providing updates, resolving issues, and ensuring smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate daily transport schedules and driver assignments
* Support the logistics team in managing documentation including delivery dockets, manifests, and timesheets
* Liaise with customers and other departments to provide delivery updates and resolve queries
* Monitor driver hours, route adherence, and compliance with regulations
Requirements: Previous experience in a logistics, transport, or supply chain administrative role, Strong organisational and communication skills, Ability to manage multiple tasks and respond effectively in a fast-paced environment, Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and transport management systems (TMS).
