Due to significant organic growth, the firm is looking for a strategic "Addition to Team" who can bridge the gap between technical accounting and high-level client advisory.This is not a "back-office" processing role. You will be joining a firm that prides itself on being a proactive business partner to high-earning contractors and business owners in the IT and Pharma sectors.The RoleAs a Client-Facing Accountant, you will manage your own portfolio, acting as the primary financial advisor for professionals moving through various stages of their business lifecycle—from solo contracting to high-volume trading entities.Key Responsibilities:Advisory & Meetings: Hosting regular client consultations to discuss financial performance, tax planning, and corporate structure.Portfolio Management: Managing the end-to-end accounting requirements for a niche group of high-transaction clients.Tax & Compliance: Overseeing the delivery of statutory accounts, VAT, and Corporation Tax, ensuring all "Trade Level" requirements are met.Business Growth: Supporting clients as they scale, assisting with the transition from simple structures to complex Personal Limited Companies.The PersonThe ideal person is a confident communicator who enjoys the "human" side of accounting as much as the technical side.Qualifications: Fully Qualified (ACCA / ACA / CIMA) or Finalist/Nearly-Qualified.Practice Background: Essential.
