Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage the dispatch of products to meet customer demands

2. Process customer orders, coordinate on-time deliveries, and arrange transportation as required

3. Provide expert advice on products and liaise with sales/accounts staff to drive sales growth

4. Maintain accurate records and adhere to environmental and safety management systems

5. Organize internal audits and testing/sampling of products in the laboratory
\
6. Coordinate with subcontractors regarding health & safety documentation
