Key Responsibilities Client Relationship Management: Serve as the main point of contact for key clients, building trusted, long-term relationships.
Understand client objectives, challenges, and brand vision to deliver strategic recommendations and tailored solutions.
Lead regular client meetings, presentations, and performance reviews.
Brand Strategy & Execution: Develop comprehensive brand strategies aligned with business goals and market opportunities.
Manage end-to-end brand initiatives including campaigns, product launches, and brand refreshes.
Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all channels.
Account Management: Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and budgets, ensuring high-quality execution.
Coordinate internal teams (creative, digital, research, production) to deliver integrated solutions.
Track performance metrics and prepare reports to demonstrate campaign effectiveness and ROI.
Market & Consumer Insights: Conduct competitive analysis and monitor industry trends to identify opportunities for brand growth.
Interpret consumer data to influence brand positioning, product development, and marketing strategies.
Collaboration & Leadership: Mentor junior team members and support cross-functional alignment.
Facilitate workshops and brainstorming sessions to drive creative thinking and strategic planning.
Required Skills & Experience Proven experience in aclient-facing Brand Manager, Account Manager, or similar role.
Strongaccount managementskills with a track record of managing multiple clients or projects simultaneously.
