Job Overview
The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting thorough Building Energy Rating assessments on residential and commercial properties, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. This role requires excellent communication skills, as the specialist must provide clear and concise advisory reports to clients.
* Carry out comprehensive site surveys of buildings using SEAI-approved software tools to collect data and provide accurate energy ratings.
* Analyse construction details, insulation levels, heating systems, ventilation arrangements and renewable energy sources.
