Overview
Our client, based in West Limerick, is currently seeking a Part-time Accounts Assistant (20 hours per week) to join their finance team on for an initial 6 month fixed term contract.
Who we are seeking
* Possess at least 18 months experience within an Accounts environment
* Willing to work for 4 hours per day, 5 days per week
Overview of the responsibilities
* Responsible for the allocation of cash/EFT receipts on sales invoices
* Responsible for the timely reconciliation of key customer queries
* Liaise with customers regarding payment dates
* Assist with payroll processing (full training provided).
* Other ad hoc duties as required
