We are seeking a Commercial Project Coordinator to support the delivery of large-scale national infrastructure programmes. This initiative involves modernizing and upgrading critical rail systems in Ireland, enhancing railway safety and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
* Provide commercial support for project teams, including contract administration, cost forecasting, and budget management.
* Assist with preparing reports, analyzing costs, and identifying commercial risks.
* Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, contractors, and suppliers.
* Maintain accurate records of financial documents, agreements, and communications.
Requirements:
* Commercial management or construction management degree or equivalent experience.
* 3 years of practical experience in a similar role, preferably in the railway industry.
* Working towards chartership with RICS or CIOB.
* Familiarity with NEC 3 and 4 contracts suites.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Good communication and negotiation skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
* Experience with project management software.
