Key Roles and Responsibilities
The successful candidate will provide technical leadership on product and process issues, driving technical improvement through the VIP program. They will lead cross-functional initiatives across people, service, quality, and cost dimensions.
* Provide leadership on Lean implementation.
* This role involves participation in phase review processes and NPE meetings for new products.
* The Process Technician will receive technical guidance from the incumbent, with responsibility for ensuring preventative maintenance is adequate and timely.
