We're looking for a skilled and proactive
Remote IT Technician
to join our team. If you enjoy troubleshooting technical issues, supporting users, and ensuring smooth IT operations, this role is ideal for you.
What You'll Do:
Provide remote support for hardware, software, and network issues
Diagnose and resolve technical problems efficiently
Install, configure, and maintain systems and applications
Support user onboarding/offboarding and account management
Monitor system performance and ensure compliance with security standards
Document technical processes, issues, and solutions clearly
Collaborate with teams on IT improvements and system upgrades
What You Bring:
1–3 years of IT support, helpdesk, or technical support experience
Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows/macOS
Familiarity with remote support tools (RDP, TeamViewer, AnyDesk, etc.)
Understanding of networks, system basics, and security principles
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft, or ITIL are a plus
