Job Title:
Claims Handling Manager
We are seeking a skilled Claims Handling Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of claims, from initial notification through to settlement.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work closely with clients to ensure clear communication at all stages.
* Main Responsibilities:
* Manage all aspects of claims, including investigation, incident/accident management, and medical or engineering assessments as required
* Prepare claims data for internal and external reporting
* Implement agreed claims handling protocols and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
* Maintain strong client relationships and keep them informed of developments
* Contribute to ad hoc project work and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements:
* Fully Qualified CIP
* Minimum 2+ years' experience handling claims within Irish Insurance
* Strong knowledge of the Irish claims environment and procedures
* Excellent communication, organisational, and relationship management skills
* Customer-focused, empathetic, and professional in all interactions
