Digital Content Specialist - SuperValu Real Rewards

This role will be responsible for delivering all Real Rewards Digital Communications through planning and distributing digital content across the Real Rewards app, emails, web, and social media. The role will also involve optimizing and reporting on digital performance across all digital channels.
As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for:
1. Content management on the Real Rewards App and Web, including regular offer updates and campaign-specific changes.
2. Designing, building, and distributing app push notifications, in-app messages, and emails weekly, while monitoring send rates, open rates, click-through rates, and unsubscribes.
3. Monitoring and updating onboarding and welcome series content to enhance new member engagement in Real Rewards.
4. Creating digital-first assets for Real Rewards offers such as Weekly App Vouchers, Coupons, Scan to Win, and Price Deals.
5. Managing the digital channel plan to ensure optimal shopper engagement across all touchpoints.
6. Supporting the Partner Manager in designing and deploying digital content weekly for partners like Electric Ireland, Phone Watch, and Getaway Breaks.
7. Managing relationships with digital platform providers to ensure successful deployment and system performance.
8. Collaborating with IT, Product, and UX teams on app and web optimization, future development, and upcoming releases.
9. Monitoring and reporting digital performance using tools like Google Analytics, Firebase, Facebook, and other social insights.
As the successful candidate, you will possess the following:
1. An interest in retail, consumer loyalty, and a passion for digital.
2. Knowledge and experience with Content Management Systems for app, web, and email; previous app experience is essential.
3. Experience designing digital content for apps, websites, emails, and social media, with a focus on creating impactful content.
4. Strong IT skills, including CMS, email marketing systems, and ability to analyze digital performance metrics.
5. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines and strong attention to detail.
6. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, and a track record of stakeholder relationship management.
7. Adaptability, teamwork, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
8. 2-4 years of experience in a similar role.
This is a 12-month contract.
