Senior HR Business Partner. Are you an experienced, dynamic & senior HR Business Partner who is now looking to take on a new challenge? Our client, a high profile & major employer in the state services/not for profit sector, have now engaged with us at CPL to recruit a talented, energetic & ambitious Senior HR Business Partner to join their leadership team & head up their HR function here in the mid-west. The Job: As a key part of the national HR leadership team & reporting to the Director of HR, the successful candidate will cover a broad but high-level remit across the HR function including a mix of both hands-on & strategic duties. This will include designing & implementing strategic level HR projects across your region, planning HR change initiatives, overseeing recruitment & workforce planning activities, developing internal talent pathways, coordinating training/L&D programmes, aligning comps/bens packages & ensuring compliance with HR best practices in the sector. As part of this leadership role you will also be tasked with managing the ER & IR function for your region. This will include handling complex ER/IR issues, building constructive relationships with union partners, advising on negotiated agreements, providing guidance to your HR team & promoting employee wellbeing across the region. Your Skills/Experience that we need Minimum 3rd level degree qualified in HR, business studies or a related discipline. Further relevant qualifications would be an advantage. 4+ years experience in a relevant senor level HR BP or HR Manager role. Experienced gained in the state services/not for profit sectors would be an advantage but is not essential. High level ER & IR knowledge & experience, including union engagement. Excellent IT skills including a high level of ability in all Microsoft applications, particularly Excel. Excellent attention to detail, inter-personal & coaching skills. Proven ability to work on your own initiative & deliver on HR projects. The Offer: Salary will depend on candidate skills & experience but expected to be approx. 85-100k with an excellent benefits package overall. This role will be a hybrid mix of 3 days office based with 2 days working from home/remote but initial weeks training/onboarding will be fully office based.
