Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Stock Counter to manage stock counting teams on client sites.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and coordinate stock counter teams for accurate and timely completion of stock counts
* Deliver exceptional customer service standards across all client locations
* Maintain accurate records and reports, including stock count discrepancies and team performance metrics
* Enhance team productivity by identifying areas for development and implementing solutions
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* A valid driver's license is required
* Outstanding customer service skills are essential
* The ability to communicate effectively with all levels of personnel is crucial
* Basic IT skills are necessary
* The ability to remain focused under pressure and work independently is required
* Willingness and ability to travel is essential
