Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role for an Application Support Analyst, based in Cork with some flexibility for remote work. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing application support and technical troubleshooting, analyzing and resolving issues, and improving system performance. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve support requests will be a key aspect of the role, alongside ensuring timely communication with stakeholders regarding technical updates and solutions.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in Application Support and Technical Support
* Strong Analytical Skills with a problem-solving mindset
* Proficiency in Troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively
* Excellent Communication skills for conveying detailed technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
* Ability to work in a hybrid environment, balancing in-office and remote responsibilities
* Experience with remote collaboration tools and ticketing systems is advantageous
* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred
