EMPOWERMENT have partnered with a successful Prop tech firm based in Dublin City for a recently qualified accountant, from top tier practice to join their growing team.
The Role:
* Preparation of quarterly, month end accounts and year end reporting
* Manage daily cash flow and liaise with financial institutions when required
* Management of Monthly Payroll (including commissions and BIK calculations).
* Management of company tax compliance, financial reporting and tax calculations (corporation income tax return, PAYE and VAT returns).
* Budgeting and forecasting.
* Involvement in other ad-hoc projects as necessary
* Support the Head of Finance in decision-making and work closely with other members of the finance team (accounts receivable/payable, accounts assistant etc)
Experience:
* Accounting qualification (ACCA/ACA/CIMA) required
* Recently qualified with a background in audit, tax, accounting or advisory (Top 10 firm)
* Strong technical skills, including IT and Excel, with strong attention to detail
* Superior communication skills interpersonal skills
* Team player whilst having the ability to use own initiative
