* Lead IRB engagement constructing business operating models, business process modelling, requirements management, and delivery of IRB solutions.

* Engage business users to capture and document business process models using industry standard frameworks and tools.

* Translate business requirements into actionable change for fast delivery of technology.
">
* Evaluate and validate business needs to ensure high-quality deliverables.
">
* Map customer experiences using tools like personas, customer journeys, etc.
">
* Analyze statistical data from business areas to support business cases for change.
">
* Develop deep understanding of business context and marketplace that business stakeholders operate in.
">
">
About Your Skills and Qualifications:
">
You should have 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in Financial Services with expertise in design thinking, stakeholder management, and communication. Experience in documenting business cases, business process modeling, requirement elicitation through workshops is essential.
">
Working knowledge of regulatory programs such as IRB, BCBS239, Risk Data is highly desirable.
