We’re looking for an experienced and results-driven Hotel General Manager to take the lead at this popular North Dublin property and drive it towards a new chapter of success. This role is perfect for a hospitality professional who thrives on excellence, team leadership, and strategic execution.
What You’ll Do:
* Oversee daily hotel operations across all departments: front desk, housekeeping, F&B, sales, and maintenance
* Ensure compliance with brand standards, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements
* Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and P&L performance
* Optimize occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR through smart revenue and yield strategies
* Deliver exceptional guest service and personally address escalated issues
* Recruit, train, and mentor department heads and staff to create a positive, high-performance culture
* Drive local marketing initiatives and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, OTAs, and community partners
* Implement property improvements and lead service innovation initiatives
What You Bring:
* 5+ years of hotel management experience (GM or senior leadership role)
* Strong understanding of hospitality finance, KPIs, and budgeting
* Experience with property management systems (e.g., Opera, OnQ, or similar)
* A passion for guest service and team development
* True commitment to Irish hospitality, ensuring every guest receives a warm welcome
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
* Knowledge of labour laws, safety standards, and compliance procedures
